Nicolò Sarli made his debut with Gozzano U17, brother Ilyas in the sights of Chievo
Good blood doesn’t lie. The two sons of Cosimo Sarli (more than 200 goals as a professional, in a long career that began in the youth sector of Torino, passed abroad with experiences at Southampton in England, Eendracht Aalst in Belgium and Nice in France, and lived between the C series and the D series of southern Italy) face the world of professionalism.
Nicolò Sarli, left outside defender class 2003, has shown himself with the national Juniores of Gozzano – experimental team managed by the Talent Academy – and has been called by the “mother house” of Gozzano to play with the Under 17: said, done, Sarli debuted last Sunday in the match lost against Monza. Also Biscardi and Bardo are training with the Under 17, waiting to get on the field.
Ilyas Sarli, the younger brother born in 2005, tried out for Chievo Verona at the start of the season. If he confirms his excellent impression, he’ll be signed for the next season, as confirmed by the head of Chievo’s youth sector Sergio Pellissier, the bomber who began his career in the youth ranks of Torino.
