FOR COACHES

The collaboration of coaches, as observers, is important in order to be able to search for young talent throughout the country.

The Talent Academy offers coaches the opportunity to improve and broaden their professional knowledge by working with a top-level staff and having them attend training sessions of the youth sector of professional clubs.

FOR CLUBS

The Talent Academy hopes that football clubs will cooperate to encourage their coaches to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Turin football training school to update their skills and increase their professionalism.

Clubs can also participate with Esordienti, Giovanissimi and Allievi teams in friendly matches with professional teams, in meetings and tournaments organised by the Talent Academy.

FOR AGENTS AND SCOUTS

The Talent Academy – which does not and cannot act as its own agent – works with various agents to assist players at all stages of their sporting activity.

The Talent Academy has a network of scouts and national coordinators spread throughout Italy. It also cooperates with football training centres in other European countries and beyond.
