A team of professionals at the service of the human and sporting growth of the youngsters: this is the corporate structure of Talent Academy. At the top of the company are the general manager Gianfranco Perla, who manage all organisational and logistical aspects, and Vincenzo Catera, market consultant for professional clubs.
Then there is technical staff. Two ex-professionals, Christian Manfredini and Fabrizio Capodici, are responsible for determining the training guidelines (and often go out onto the pitch with their spiked shoes and gloves), assisted by the experience of Nello Santin. The daily training sessions are run by professional coaches, always assisted by the athletic trainer, goalkeeper coach and physiotherapist. For Talent Academy boys there is always the best.
