In order to monitor promising young Italian footballers, Talent Academy can count on the cooperation of coordinators in all regions of Italy. The selection rallies organised by them are fundamental moments in the life of the academy, because they make it possible to observe, identify and recruit promising youngsters to whom further personalised auditions are proposed in the Turin facilities. Only those who pass this second test have the chance to enter the Talent Academy.
